After your free basement waterproofing inspection with Signature Seepage Control, your needs will be reviewed with our experienced staff and solutions for your specific problems will be presented for your consideration.

You will receive a courtesy call from our production manager to confirm a convenient starting date for your service. On the day you are to receive service, you can expect our service team to arrive between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m., unless other arrangements have been made. A day or two prior to starting, Signature Seepage Control’s Superintendent will contact you to confirm your schedule and ask if you have any questions before the crew begins their work.

Typically, you may expect us to work two to four days. The actual time depends on what waterproofing systems are required to solve your problems. Should we find it necessary to extend our schedule for the work we agreed to perform for you, there will be no additional cost to you. If solving your problem includes exterior work, please recognize that additional time will be required if the weather conditions are not favorable.

Usually, this is not a problem to work around with solutions, or to replace drywall where needed. However, each case is evaluated individually and a solution is addressed within our proposal for waterproofing system repair.  Signature Seepage Control can complete any necessary drywall repair and painting if desired.

The solution of the seepage problem and work to implement the solutions may cause some dust. We recommend that you remove any items of concern from the basement and place plastic drop cloths over all remaining items. Signature Seepage Control takes great pride and care to minimize dust.  We will utilize HEPA filtration vacuums for all equipment and tools generating dust. Signature Seepage Control will employ protective measures, depending upon the solutions employed and the amount of dust being generated, such as; plastic wrap of stored items and ventilation duct openings, utilize exterior ventilation systems, and/or achieve negative air pressure within the work area to assure no substantial amount of dust can escape the work area. Upon completion of the work, Signature Seepage Control will broom clean the work area and dispose all job-related debris.  Our goal is to leave the work area cleaner than we found it when we arrived.

All interior floors that will be traversed will be protected with poly sheeting, adhesive film and/or rosin construction paper to avoid any damage or soiling from our foot traffic.
